Bahrain Welcomes UAE’s Hosting of U.S.-Russia-Ukraine Talks
The Kingdom of Bahrain has welcomed the United Arab Emirates’ initiative to host trilateral talks between the United States, Russia, and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi. Bahrain described the discussions as a positive and constructive step in ongoing diplomatic and humanitarian efforts aimed at achieving a peaceful resolution to the Ukrainian crisis, in accordance with international law and the United Nations Charter.
In a statement, Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the Kingdom’s support for all initiatives focused on ending the conflict through dialogue and negotiations, while addressing its humanitarian consequences. The ministry emphasized that such efforts play a vital role in strengthening security and stability in Europe and contribute to achieving a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace, alongside sustainable prosperity at both regional and global levels.
