Christmas Celebrations Held at St. Mary’s Indian Orthodox Cathedral, Bahrain

The Christmas liturgical services of St. Mary’s Indian Orthodox Cathedral, Bahrain, were celebrated with solemnity and devotion at the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam. The services, which commenced at 6:00 PM on December 24, were led by H.G. Dr. Geevarghese Mar Theophilos, Metropolitan of the Ahmedabad Diocese and Assistant Metropolitan of the Bombay Diocese of the Malankara Orthodox Church, who served as the chief celebrant.
Cathedral Vicar Rev. Fr. Jacob Thomas Karayakkal and Assistant Vicar Rev. Fr. Thomas Kutty P.N. served as the co-celebrants for the holy rituals. During the service, His Grace delivered the Christmas message and extended his festive greetings to the gathered congregation. Following the ceremonies, Cathedral Trustee Saji George and Secretary Binu Mathew Eappen expressed their sincere gratitude to the faithful who attended and thanked all those who provided support and cooperation for the successful conduct of the event.
