BSA takes part in ‘The Future Is Here’ space conference in Dubai

A delegation from the Bahrain Space Agency (BSA) participated in the Space Conference held on the sidelines of Dubai Airshow 2025, under the theme “The Future Is Here”.
The delegation held meetings with several regional and international space agencies to review existing partnerships and discuss means to enhance cooperation and create new opportunities to support the development of the space domain.
The agency also took part as a keynote contributor in two panel discussions. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Aseeri, CEO of BSA, spoke in a main session on shaping a strategic vision for the regional space domain, focusing on innovation, investment opportunities, and priority areas that can drive regional progress.
The session underscored the growing space ecosystem in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the region’s role in global space efforts. Rasha Al Amad, BSA Chief of Strategic Planning, participated in a session on preparing the next generation for the future of space.
