Bapco Energies Chair Meets Chevron Leader to Explore Cleaner Energy Transition
His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of Bapco Energies, received Javier La Rosa, President of Base Assets and Emerging Countries at Chevron.
Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment, also attended the meeting.
HH Shaikh Nasser emphasized the importance of international knowledge exchange to strengthen the energy sector, drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and support economic development.
The discussions, held on the sidelines of Chevron’s participation in MEOS-GEO, focused on reviewing asset management practices and exploring the transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy.
