Three arrested on human trafficking charges

Bahrain police have arrested three men accused of forcing three women into immoral activities, officials said.
The Anti-Human Trafficking and Public Morality Protection Directorate at the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science reported the arrests. The suspects and victims are Asian nationals.
Authorities acted on a tipoff, leading to an investigation and the arrests. The case has been referred to the Public Prosecution.
The directorate urged the public to report suspected cases on 555, by email at 555@interior.gov.bh, or by calling the Operations Room at 999. Reports are treated confidentially.
