The Executive Office of the National Plan for Strengthening National Belonging and Promoting Citizenship Values, known as Bahrainna, recently participated in the City of Youth 2030 event with an interactive pavilion featuring a variety of activities, competitions, and workshops. The event drew a large crowd, with enthusiastic participation from visitors of all ages, especially youth and adolescents.
The pavilion offered a mix of cultural, educational, and entertaining competitions that attracted widespread attention throughout the event. Organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs, these activities aimed to instill national values and promote citizenship in innovative ways, including digital competitions, group challenges, and educational workshops.
Major General Mohammed bin Daina, General Supervisor of the Executive Office, expressed his sincere gratitude for the support received from His Excellency First Lieutenant Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior and Chair of the Ministerial Follow-Up Committee for the National Plan. He emphasized that this support enriches the objectives of the national plan and highlights its community-focused approach.
“The youth of our nation are a vibrant social force and a driving force for a bright future,” Major General bin Daina said. “They are at the heart of Bahrainna’s initiatives, which now exceed a hundred, bringing creative ideas and exceptional capabilities. Our participation in City of Youth 2030 reflects our commitment to national belonging and upholding the values and principles of Bahrain.”
He added that Bahrainna’s involvement in the event marks a new milestone in a series of national initiatives aimed at empowering youth and expanding community participation in promoting national values. He also praised the contributions of strategic partners, educational institutions, civil society organizations, and youth clubs in making the pavilion a successful and vibrant space.
Major General bin Daina extended his thanks to Her Excellency Rawan bint Najib Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, for organizing this national event, and to Bank of Peace for its continued support of Bahrainna initiatives, as well as other public and private sector partners who helped turn the pavilion into a space reflecting the aspirations of the nation’s youth.
