New Generation of Fitness Trainers Graduates
Chief of Police Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan attended the graduation ceremony of 56 male and female fitness trainers from various directorates of the Ministry of Interior and the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).
The ceremony was held in the presence of senior Interior Ministry officers and officials following the graduates’ completion of a series of sports training courses organised by the Police Sports Association.
Lt-General Al Hassan praised His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's support for sports and athletes in Bahrain, stating that the Kingdom’s strong backing for the sports sector incentivizes continued development and further achievements.
He also expressed appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his support for the sports sector and efforts to ensure Bahraini athletes continue to achieve success at regional and international levels.
The Chief of Police also commended the directives and support of Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa for the Ministry’s sports sector. He highlighted the importance of providing the resources needed to develop training programmes and enhance the capabilities of sports teams affiliated with the Police Sports Association.
