In a written response to an inquiry from MP Zainab Abdulameer, the company disclosed that between 2023 and 2024, it successfully hired 1,338 Bahrainis across its diverse portfolio of companies.

Notable entities within Mumtalakat’s network include Alba, Gulf Air, Bahrain Airport Company, Silah Gulf Company, Bahrain International Circuit, Array Innovation, Danat, Edamah, and Bahrain Flour Mills.
