A video footage of cars belonging to neighbouring countries engaged in dangerous stunts has gone viral on social media, stressing the need for stricter implementation of traffic laws in the Kingdom.

The video was recorded using a smartphone by an unknown person, who is apparently involved in the incident.

The video has been watched by over 3000 people within a day after it was posted on Facebook by a group called Expatriates in Bahrain.

In the video, the stunts are being performed on a busy road in the Kingdom, posing serious danger to other road users.

Many people harshly criticised such dangerous acts by people who come here on weekends and create panic among road users.

Many others stressed the need to curb such risky acts with the help of traffic cops.

A resident, Saira Zameer said she tries to skip going out on weekends because of these ‘loonies.’

Some others pointed their fingers at traffic cops for the increase in such nuisances.

“Traffics Police? Really? Nonexistent at best,” said a resident Steven Brison.

Jed Janet Flores, another resident, opined such stunts should be performed in areas where there is no risk for others.

“Bahrain has enough open spaces including deserts. Why don't those thrill-seekers perform their cheap 'shows' there?” she said.
