OIC Reports 109 Palestinians Killed in Israeli Actions Over Three Weeks

Gaza accounts for majority of deaths as West Bank sees hundreds of raids, arrests and settler attacks

The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation’s (OIC) Media Observatory on Israeli Crimes against Palestinians has documented the deaths of 109 Palestinians and injuries to 396 others between June 30 and July 20, 2026, across the occupied Palestinian territories.

According to the report, the Gaza Strip recorded the highest number of casualties, with 102 Palestinians killed and 348 others injured during the period.

The observatory said 16 bodies were recovered from affected areas in Gaza, while 96 deaths were officially confirmed. The report also highlighted the continued impact of military operations on civilians across the enclave.

In the West Bank, Israeli forces carried out 882 incursions across various governorates, resulting in the deaths of seven Palestinians, injuries to 48 others and the arrest of 375 people, according to the report.

The OIC observatory said four children were among those killed by Israeli forces, while four others were injured and seven children were detained. It added that five children were injured in direct attacks and vehicle-related incidents involving Israeli settlers.

The report recorded 277 settler attacks and 30 settlement-related activities during the same period, describing them as part of continued violations affecting Palestinian communities.

Overall, the observatory documented 2,980 alleged Israeli violations and crimes across Palestinian territories between June 30 and July 20, 2026.
