Dubai Airport Suspends Flights; Air India Cancels Services
Dubai International Airport has temporarily suspended all flight operations to and from the airport, causing disruptions to scheduled services.
As a result, Air India and Air India Express have cancelled all flights operating to and from Dubai for the day. The airlines have announced flexible options for affected passengers, allowing them to either rebook their tickets for a future travel date or cancel their bookings and receive a full refund at no additional cost.
The airlines expressed regret over the inconvenience caused by the suspension, describing the situation as an unavoidable operational constraint.
However, Air India Express’ ad-hoc flight services to and from Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Sharjah will continue as previously announced.
The airline stated that its teams are working to assist passengers and ensure that stranded travellers are supported and transported home at the earliest possible opportunity.
