IDF Claims Strike on Bunker Under Khamenei's compound in Tehran

Tehran: The military of Israel said around 50 fighter jets from the Israeli Air Force carried out strikes on an underground bunker beneath the leadership compound of Iran’s late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in central Tehran.
According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the bunker served as an emergency command centre for Khamenei and continued to be used by senior Iranian officials following his death.
The military said the facility was targeted after what it described as a lengthy intelligence-gathering process aimed at identifying key operational sites linked to Iran’s leadership infrastructure.
