President Trump Issues Fresh Warning to Iran, Urges Immediate Nuclear Deal

U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a strong new warning to Iran, saying time is running out for Tehran to agree to a deal and urging its leadership to return to negotiations.

In a statement, President Trump reiterated that he had previously called on Iran to “make a deal,” stressing that the central objective remains preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. He said a large U.S. naval force, led by the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, is heading toward the region, describing it as a stronger deployment than one previously sent to Venezuela.

President Trump stated that the force is prepared to carry out its mission swiftly if necessary, while expressing hope that Iran would choose diplomacy over confrontation. He urged Iranian leaders to “come to the table” and negotiate what he described as a fair and equitable agreement that would ensure Iran does not develop nuclear weapons.

Referring to past actions, President Trump said Iran’s refusal to negotiate earlier led to “Operation Midnight Hammer,” which he described as causing significant damage. He warned that any future military action would be far more severe and cautioned Iran against allowing the situation to escalate.

The president concluded by emphasizing that time is of the essence and again urged Iran to reach a deal to avoid further conflict.
