Applying for Your Umrah Visa Made Simple – A Step-by-Step Guide
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a new online service called “Nusuk Umrah”, designed to simplify the process of applying for Umrah visas. The platform, available at umrah.nusuk.sa and through the Nusuk mobile app, allows Muslims from anywhere in the world to apply for their visas directly—without the need for travel agents or intermediaries.
Through the platform, pilgrims can not only secure an e-visa but also book hotels, arrange transportation, and even explore cultural tours. The service offers both ready-made packages and the option to customise itineraries, all through a multilingual system connected to government databases to ensure security and smooth processing.
Officials say the initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to make the holy pilgrimage more accessible and convenient for millions of Muslims across the globe.
