BMW M350 gets 443 hp and drift mode

BMW has revealed the new M350 xDrive, the performance flagship of the next-generation 3 Series with a combustion engine.
It gets a 3.0-litre turbocharged six-cylinder with 48V mild-hybrid technology, producing 443 hp and 580 Nm. An eight-speed automatic and xDrive all-wheel drive are standard.
The highlight is Drift Mode. For the first time on a 3 Series M Performance model, the system can send the full drive to the rear wheels, enabling controlled drifting. The feature will arrive in 2027, including through a software update for cars already delivered.
BMW says the M350 xDrive can sprint from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, with a top speed of 250 km/h. Production is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026.
