Acer Unveils Upgraded Predator Helios Neo AI Gaming Laptop Series

Acer has announced refreshed versions of its Predator Helios Neo gaming laptop lineup, featuring the latest Intel Core Ultra 200HX Plus processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPUs.

The new lineup includes the Predator Helios Neo 16S AI, Predator Helios Neo 16 AI, and Predator Helios Neo 18 AI, all designed to deliver desktop-level gaming performance alongside advanced AI-powered features.

The slim Predator Helios Neo 16S AI stands out with a chassis measuring under 18.9 mm thin, paired with a 16-inch OLED HDR display offering a 240 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms response time for ultra-smooth gameplay.

Meanwhile, the Predator Helios Neo 16 AI combines high-performance gaming with fast connectivity through Intel Killer Ethernet E3100 and Thunderbolt 4 support, while the larger Predator Helios Neo 18 AI features an 18-inch WQXGA display with Ambient Contrast Ratio film to reduce glare and improve visual clarity.

All three laptops support AI-driven tools including PredatorSense performance controls, Acer Intelligence Space, PurifiedVoice AI noise reduction, and PurifiedView enhancements for video and streaming.

Powered by NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, the laptops also support NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 technology for improved graphics performance and faster image rendering.

According to Acer, the new Predator Helios Neo series will begin rolling out in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from June 2026, with availability expanding to North America and Australia later in the year.
