BBK opens BBKplus digital branch
BBK has announced the opening of its new digital branch concept, “BBKPLUS” in City Center shopping mall. The announcement was made by the Bank’s Chief Executive Reyadh Sater during the opening of the “BBK Digital Economy Forum & Expo 2020”, an event designed to ignite collaboration towards the development of a digital economy in Bahrain.
BBKPLUS is the bank’s new digital branch concept, with the first digital branch opened in the City Center shopping mall.
The branch will provide customers with state-of-the-art technologies that allow self-service instant printing of debit cards and bank account statements, and perform banking transactions with the support of BBK customer service through Interactive Teller Machines, where real-time two-way video/ audio interaction offers customers the support they may need.
Commenting Sater said: “The era of endless possibilities for innovation is here and BBKPLUS underscores the Bank’s commitment to innovation, and to adapting to meet today’s connected customer’s needs.”
