NBB Group holds Virtual Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) Group held its Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting which took place virtually yesterday. Led by Chairperson Mrs. Hala Ali Husain Yateem, the meeting was attended by the Board of Directors, executive management, shareholders, as well as representatives from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Bahrain Bourse and the Bank’s external auditor. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the Group’s strong financial performance and strategic progress over the past year, as well as to highlight the Bank’s ongoing investments in digital advancement, ESG initiatives, operational resilience, alongside international recognitions received across key banking and transaction services.
