Shabna’s dream of owning house becomes a reality

NM Shabna and her family now have a home to call their own, thanks to the efforts of Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam.
The organisation’s housing scheme for poor families made Shabna’s dream of owning a house a reality.
The former President and senior member of BKS, M P Raghu, built the house for BKS in the South Indian State of Kerala, Kozhikode, Mangoottam.
The key was handed over to the family by P Divakaran, a permanent member of the Kozhikode cooperation, during a ceremony attended by Vadiyil Navas, Councillor.
This was the 28th house built and given away by the Samajam under their housing scheme.
The President, P V Radhakrishna Pillai, and the General Secretary, Varghese Karakkal, expressed their plans to build more houses in the future.
