Governor distributes food meals to workers affected by the 'Corona crisis'

Sheikh Hisham bin Abdul Rahman Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, announced that the governorate has adopted a charitable campaign aimed at distributing food meals to the expatriate workers living in the governorate, as part of the governorate’s endeavours to deliver the required food for employment as much as possible in light of some sectors and economic activities being affected by the precautionary measures adopted by the government to reduce From the spread of the Coronavirus.
During his visit to the meal preparation headquarters in the presence of His Excellency Representative Ammar Al-Bannai, he explained that the first day of the campaign witnessed the contribution of the governorate and volunteers in distributing 1100 food meals to expatriate workers, and we will continue coordination with the owners of white hands to support this campaign, which we hope will continue until the end of the crisis, adding that the community The Bahraini community has been flocked to the values of giving and solidarity stemming from the generosity of authentic customs and traditions that characterize it, especially since charitable initiatives in light of this crisis contribute towards activating the concept of community partnership and enhance the solidarity of society.
