Bin Faqeeh begins construction on award winning project Layan

Manama : On the occasion of the launch of Bahrain’s International Property Exhibition (BIPEX), Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, Bahrain’s leading developer, announced the commencement in construction work on Layan, the world’s first luxury residential project with an unparalleled water park, designed by the world’s renowned water park facility specialist.

“We are pleased to announce the start of the first construction phase of the Layan project, which is located at the heart of Durrat Marina and is estimated at BD 30 million in value,” said Faisal Faqeeh, Chairman of Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company. months

Bin Faqeeh is the Prime Sponsor of the 10th edition of BIPEX held under the patronage of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa at the Bahrain International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
