ISB clarifies over spreading fake news in social media
Manama: The Indian School Bahrain (ISB) has clarified that the school has no connection in organizing the ‘Pongal’ festival to be held this week.
Following is the full text of the statement:
‘It is brought to the attention of the school authorities that a social media message to celebrate the Tamil Nadu harvest festival ‘ Pongal’ in the school on January 20, 2017 at the Isa Town campus is being circulated.
The Indian School wishes to clarify that the school has no connection in any way in organizing this event as claimed by the news in the social media. ‘
