Company shut down for submitting fake documents
Manama : The Companies Affairs Directorate in Industry, Commerce and Tourism Ministry recently shut down a company for submitting a fake document. The people responsible have been referred to the Public Prosecution for interrogation.
“The directorate’s specialists doubted an electronic copy of an official document submitted by the company,” a statement by the ministry read, without mentioning the name of the company.
The Ministry also warned of using any fake documents while applying for requests. It affirmed that similar cases won’t be tolerated and legal actions would be taken against violators.
