Housing contracts delivered prior to Ramadan

Following the directives of HRH the Prime Minister expediting the delivery of housing units before the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Ministry of Housing has delivered as many as 138 housing unit contracts in the first phase of the Arad Housing Project.
Minister of Housing Bassim Al Hamar said that the ministry had doubled its efforts to finalize the delivering of housing contracts to the beneficiaries before the advent of Ramadan.
The minister hailed HRH Premier's directives and support for housing file, noting his interest in following up the citizens' needs, in addition to encouraging initiatives on activating partnerships with private sector in the interest of housing file.
He added that the ministry has received all beneficiaries of Arad Project to finalize legal procedures amid their wide welcome to HRH Premier's directives.
He congratulated all beneficiaries and stressed expediting the implementation of the second phase, which includes 181 housing units.
