Gadeha Junior Camp Puts Youth Skills to the Test
Tourism Minister Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi and Youth Affairs Minister Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi visited the first Gadeha Junior training camp for young participants at Exhibition World Bahrain.
Held under the directives of Lieutenant General HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, the camp features programmes, activities and practical experiences focused on developing participants’ skills, discipline, teamwork and self-reliance.
Al Sairafi described the camp as a national initiative supporting youth development and praised Exhibition World Bahrain’s facilities and capacity to host community and youth events. She also highlighted the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority’s support for the camp as a Gold Sponsor.
Tawfiqi said the camp gives young people opportunities to develop decision-making skills and discover their abilities through practical experiences and challenges.
She stressed the importance of providing diverse learning opportunities to help young people develop their potential and creativity and contribute to Bahrain’s future development.
