Bahrain Condemns Repeated Iranian Missile and Drone Attacks
Kingdom stands in solidarity with Kuwait and Jordan
Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned Iran's repeated missile and drone strikes targeting Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan, calling the attacks a serious escalation that violates national sovereignty and international law, including UN Charter and Security Council Resolution 2817.
The Ministry commended the swift and effective response of allied armed forces and air defences in intercepting the attacks, affirming the right of nations to self-defence under UN Charter Article 51.
Bahrain urged the international community and UN Security Council to hold Iran accountable, ensure freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, and demand an immediate halt to all hostile operations.
