“Qadha” camp to shape young leader

His Highness haikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, has directed the launch of the “Qadha” youth training camp, an initiative designed to develop young people’s skills, strengthen national values and prepare them for future challenges.

The camp will welcome boys and girls aged between 10 and 17 and will be held from August 8 to September 3, 2026, at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.

The initiative reflects ongoing efforts to invest in youth potential and empower the next generation through a comprehensive training experience combining physical challenges, educational activities and life skills development in an environment inspired by military training, under the supervision of specialised professional trainers.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad highlighted that Bahraini youth represent the nation’s true wealth, stressing that investing in their development and capabilities is a key pillar in continuing Bahrain’s progress and achievements under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

He said the “Qadha” training camp represents a national vision aimed at preparing a generation that is aware, capable and ready to overcome challenges by promoting discipline, self-reliance, teamwork, leadership and responsibility.

He added that the programme is designed to provide young participants with valuable experiences and practical skills while introducing them to the important role played by military and security institutions in protecting the nation and safeguarding its achievements.

The camp will include a total of 30 training hours, with each group participating in a six-day programme running daily from 9am to 2pm at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.

Participants will take part in a variety of challenges focused on endurance, concentration and quick decision-making, while gaining life skills that enhance confidence, independence and a sense of responsibility.

The programme will also provide participants with a practical understanding of military work and the national duties carried out by Bahrain’s military and security organisations.
