Capital Governor Receives Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain

Shaikh Khalid bin Hamood Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, received Asako Okai, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the meeting, the Capital Governor praised the distinguished relations between Bahrain and Japan, highlighting the continued cooperation between the two countries across various sectors.
He also stressed the importance of strengthening joint coordination and expanding areas of cooperation in a way that supports the mutual interests of the two friendly nations.
For her part, Ambassador Okai expressed her appreciation to the Governor for the warm reception, affirming Japan’s pride in the strong friendship and close cooperation shared with Bahrain at various levels.
