Bahrain’s Minister of Labour and Minister of Legal Affairs, Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, met with James Kennedy, regional director of Alshaya Group, to discuss strengthening cooperation in employing and professionally developing Bahraini nationals.
The meeting was attended by Human Resources Director Ayman Jaafar and a number of young Bahraini professionals working within the group.
Minister underscored the importance of expanding partnerships with private sector companies that support the recruitment and advancement of national talent, stating that such cooperation creates quality opportunities for citizens and supports the long-term growth of Bahrain’s labour market.
