Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani received US Ambassador Stephanie Hallett in Manama. They discussed recent regional developments, including concerns over maritime security and the implications of reported restrictions on navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
The two sides also reviewed prospects for closer coordination at the UN Security Council during Bahrain’s current membership, and explored ways to further strengthen the long-standing bilateral relations between Bahrain and the United States in support of regional peace and stability.
