More Than 400 Bahraini Families Affirm Loyalty to Kingdom’s Leadership

More than 400 Bahraini families have issued statements expressing solidarity with the Kingdom’s leadership and reaffirming their support for the nation during the exceptional circumstances facing Bahrain and the wider Gulf region.

The statements, which also reflected the views of community figures, business leaders, sports and cultural clubs, and various civil society institutions, highlighted the deep sense of unity across Bahraini society. Signatories stressed that the current moment calls for national cohesion and a collective commitment to safeguarding the country’s stability.

The families affirmed their firm support for His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, emphasising that the people of Bahrain stand united under the national flag and remain committed to protecting the country’s security and prosperity.

They also expressed confidence in the measures taken by the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to address what they described as the Iranian aggression targeting the Kingdom.

The statements praised the high level of readiness demonstrated by the Bahrain Defence Force and its personnel, commending the professionalism, vigilance and dedication shown in confronting the attacks that targeted civilian sites and private property. The actions were described as a serious violation of the principles of good neighbourliness and a threat to regional stability.

The families also expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Ministry of Interior and its departments in managing the consequences of the attacks, praising the dedication of national personnel working across different sectors as part of Team Bahrain.

The statements concluded by reaffirming that Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty the King and with the support of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, will continue its steady path in promoting peace, stability and constructive relations across the region and beyond.
