Interior Minister Meets U.S. Fifth Fleet Commander
His Excellency Lieutenant-General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, today received U.S. Navy Admiral Kurt W. Reinsho, Commander of the U.S. Central Command Naval Forces and the Fifth Fleet, in the presence of Lieutenant-General Tariq Hassan Al Hassan, Chief of Police.
During the meeting, the Minister welcomed Admiral Reinsho and his accompanying delegation, praising the strategic partnership and strong ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States, which continue to grow across various sectors, especially in security cooperation. The discussion highlighted the importance of opening new avenues for exchanging expertise.
The two sides also reviewed programs for bilateral security coordination, aiming to enhance joint security efforts and serve the interests of both friendly nations.
