Bahrain, Kuwait Explore New Avenues for Bilateral Partnership

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with His Highness Shaikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, as part of his official visit to Kuwait.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness highlighted the deep-rooted and longstanding relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, noting that these ties continue to strengthen under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister stressed the importance of further enhancing the strategic partnership between the two countries in a manner that serves their shared interests and benefits their peoples.

His Royal Highness conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the Amir of Kuwait, along with his best wishes for Kuwait’s continued progress and prosperity.

In response, His Highness Shaikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah conveyed his greetings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and expressed his wishes for the Kingdom of Bahrain’s ongoing progress and development.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa praised the continued advancement of Bahrain–Kuwait relations and cooperation across various sectors, reaffirming Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening bilateral ties at all levels.

The meeting also included discussions on ways to enhance cooperation and addressed issues of mutual interest.

His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, was also present.
