Applied Science University (ASU) has been formally recognized by AACSB International with a Token of Appreciation in recognition of the University’s valuable contribution and support to the Elevate Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Conference, held in Tunis, Tunisia, on 20–21 January 2026.
The award was presented by Eileen McAuliffe, Executive Vice President, Chief Thought Leadership Officer and EMEA, together with Ihsan Zakri, Vice President, EMEA Growth & Engagement, on behalf of AACSB International. The recognition reflects Applied Science University’s strong institutional engagement and its commitment to supporting regional and international initiatives that advance excellence, innovation, and impact in business education.
The honor was received by Hatem Masri, President of Applied Science University, and Ziad Zurigat, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences. The ceremony highlighted ASU’s active participation in the conference and its continued contribution to constructive dialogue on quality assurance, accreditation, and thought leadership in higher education.
