SLRB president takes part in Bahrain Geospatial Convention 2026

Basim bin Yacob Al Hamer, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB), participated in the Bahrain Geospatial Convention 2026.
The event witnessed the participation of senior officials from the public and private sectors, with the participation of more than 250 specialists and interested participants.
The convention was organised by MicroCenter Group, in cooperation with Esri Bahrain, and focused on supporting national efforts to enhance the use of geospatial information systems to advance digital transformation and sustainable development, in line with the objectives of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
Al Hamer affirmed that geospatial information systems have become a key tool in supporting decision-making, improving planning efficiency, and developing government services.
