BRCS team visits Farmers’ Market

The Environmental and Agricultural Team, in cooperation with the Youth and Young Committee of the Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS), organized a visit to the Farmers’ Market in the Budaiya area on 20 December 2025.
The visit formed part of the Society’s awareness activities agenda aimed at strengthening community partnership and sought to highlight the importance of the agricultural sector in the Kingdom, while providing moral and promotional support to productive Bahraini families and local farmers, in line with the Society’s efforts to build bridges of cooperation with various institutions and individuals.
The visit programme included field tours by team members across the different sections of the market, during which they reviewed the diversity of national agricultural produce and engaged directly with farmers to discuss ways of enhancing local production and addressing agricultural challenges.
