All meals are prepared fresh daily, never stored or overproduced, in alignment with the call to prayer. “Take your daily sustenance, but do not take more than you need,” Zuhair explained, reflecting the founder’s belief that sustenance is a blessing to be honored, not hoarded. This philosophy ensures that every dish, from Baker and dairy products to the famous traditional Bahraini cream, is served fresh and with care.
