Two Arrested for Stealing Electrical Cables Worth 6,000 Dinars
MANAMA: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has arrested two Asian nationals, aged 42 and 44, for their involvement in a series of thefts targeting residential properties. The suspects are accused of stealing electrical cables and metal materials with an estimated total value of 6,000 Bahraini Dinars.
Following reports of the thefts, the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Evidence launched an immediate investigation. The operation led to the identification and apprehension of the two men. During the arrest, authorities also discovered and seized a quantity of narcotics in their possession.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that all necessary legal procedures have been completed. The suspects, along with the seized evidence, are being referred to the Public Prosecution for further legal action.
