NHRA CEO Meets New Bahrain Medical Society Board to Boost Healthcare Partnership

Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ansari, Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), received Dr. Amer Ibrahim Al-Darazi, Chairman of the newly formed Board of Directors of the Bahrain Medical Society (BMS), along with several members of the Society.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Ansari emphasized the prominent role played by the Bahrain Medical Society in enhancing the efficiency of medical services and elevating the quality of healthcare across the Kingdom by actively supporting doctors. He underscored the NHRA’s keenness to continue strengthening cooperation with the BMS to serve the health sector and achieve its developmental goals.
Discussions focused on developing strategic partnerships between the Authority and the Association in crucial areas. These included training, continuing medical education, medical research, and supporting the Kingdom's efforts to host key regional and international medical conferences.
For his part, Dr. Amer Ibrahim Al-Darazi affirmed the supportive role played by the NHRA toward the Bahrain Medical Society. He praised the productive efforts being undertaken to solidify cooperation, integration, and joint coordination between the two entities, recognizing the shared commitment to advancing Bahrain’s health sector.
