HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Meets Saudi Minister of State to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Mohammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at Gudaibiya Palace.

His Royal Highness reaffirmed the depth and strength of the historic relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which continue to flourish under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

HRH Prince Salman highlighted that the enduring Bahrain–Saudi partnership serves as a distinguished model of cooperation and coordination, benefiting both nations and their peoples. He praised the efforts of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, in advancing bilateral ties and fostering shared development goals, noting that such efforts continue to yield tangible progress for both countries.

HRH Prince Turki bin Mohammad conveyed the greetings of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, extending their wishes for continued prosperity and growth for Bahrain and its people.

In return, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad conveyed his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Saudi Crown Prince, wishing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people further progress and success.

The meeting also reviewed recent regional and international developments and matters of mutual interest. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended Saudi Arabia’s pivotal role in supporting Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) initiatives and promoting regional security, stability, and prosperity. He also expressed appreciation for HRH Prince Turki’s efforts in strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two Kingdoms.

For his part, HRH Prince Turki expressed gratitude for HRH Prince Salman’s commitment to deepening Bahrain–Saudi relations and wished Bahrain continued advancement and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court; HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa; HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister; HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy; and several senior officials.
