Jaafari Endowments Earns ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The Jaafari Endowments Department has officially received the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System, meeting all internationally recognized standards and requirements. This achievement underscores the department’s commitment to upholding the highest levels of quality and institutional efficiency.

On this occasion, Sheikh Daij bin Salman bin Daij Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Civil Service Bureau, praised the accomplishment, noting that it exemplifies the success of collaboration between the Bureau and other government entities in implementing administrative development programs. He commended the department’s team for their dedication and efficiency in executing the project.

Sheikh Daij emphasized that this milestone reflects a sustained focus on embedding a culture of quality and excellence across public sector institutions, enhancing their ability to deliver sustainable services that meet citizens’ expectations.

Meanwhile, Mr. Yousif bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Jaafari Endowments Board, expressed pride in this achievement, describing it as a significant step in the journey of institutional development. He affirmed the department’s commitment to improving operational performance and endowment management according to the best global standards and practices, contributing to enhanced services and fulfilling community aspirations.

Al Saleh also highlighted the dedication of the department’s staff, whose cooperation and commitment during the preparation and qualification phases enabled the successful completion of the external audit. He noted that this certification marks the beginning of a new phase focused on continuous development and improvement.

The Chairman further praised the technical and consultancy support provided by the Civil Service Bureau throughout the project. This included the development of a comprehensive one-year action plan, covering multiple implementation stages such as meeting quality management system requirements, periodic reviews, training programs, and technical consultations—all of which played a pivotal role in preparing the department to achieve this international accreditation.
