His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, emphasised the importance of supporting national efforts and enhancing coordination among relevant authorities to strengthen rehabilitation and vocational training programs for persons with disabilities in Bahrain.
HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman underscored the need to integrate individuals with disabilities into suitable employment opportunities across various private sector fields, affirming the Ministry’s commitment to inclusive workforce development.
His remarks came during the annual graduation ceremony organised by the Bahrain Society for Children with Behavioural and Communication Difficulties, held yesterday.
The event celebrated graduates of the Alia Early Intervention Center and the Alia Rehabilitation Center for People with Special Needs.
The ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Shaikha Rania bint Ali Al Khalifa, Chairwoman of the Society’s Board of Directors, along with board members and invited guests.
