India extends ban on international flights till October 31

New Delhi

India has extended the ban imposed on International commercial flights to and from the country till October 31. At the same time Vande Bharat and Air Transport Buble services will continue without any Hassle the government said. The ban on international flights was imposed on March 25 and was expected to end at midnight of Wednesday.

“Reaching out to stranded Indians. In order to further boost bilateral international air connectivity, air bubble arrangements are now in place with Kenya and Bhutan. Indian carriers will be able to operate to these countries. Carriers of these countries will be able to fly to India.” Hardeep Puri, Minister of State for Civil Aviation, tweeted
