Bhavans Bahrain Indian School Shines at CBSE Cluster Sports Meet 2026–27

Bhavans Bahrain Indian School achieved remarkable success at the recently held CBSE Cluster Meet, securing top positions in Chess, Table Tennis, and Badminton.

The school's success story was spearheaded by its brilliant chess players. Ehan Anjam of Grade 6, Trishan Moorkoth of Grade 7, Rudransh Dash of Grade 7, Aadithya Udhayakumar of Grade 8 emerged as the Champion in the Under-14 Boys' Chess Tournament, while Aarohi Rajith of Grade 6, Saisha Jojy of Grade 6, Dea Sagatramani of Grade 7, Gunjan Pal of Grade 8 clinched the First Position in the Under-14 Girls' Chess category, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and composure under pressure.
 
In Table Tennis, Bhavans athletes delivered a series of stellar performances. The Under-14 Girls' Team secured the Championship Title, with Saisha Jojy (Grade 6), Sunehri Shashidhar (Grade 7), and Adhya Sharma (Grade 8) displaying outstanding teamwork and skill throughout the competition.
 
Adding to the medal tally, the Under-19 Boys' Table Tennis Team emerged as Champions, securing First Position through the remarkable efforts of Sujay Sunil Bayalan (Grade 9), Suyash Sunil Bayalan (Grade 9), Daksh Choudhary (Grade 11), and Sunish Sunil Bayalan (Grade 12). Their exceptional performance and unwavering focus enabled them to dominate the tournament and bring glory to the school.
 
The school's Under-14 Boys' Table Tennis Team also delivered an impressive performance, securing the Runner-up Position. The team comprising Thomas Kurian Roy (Grade 6), Vedh Subin (Grade 7), and Aaron Pon Nesaraj (Grade 8) displayed excellent coordination and competitive spirit throughout the event.
 
In the Under-19 Girls' Table Tennis Competition, Bhavans secured the Second Position through the commendable efforts of Keerthana Kameswaran (Grade 12), Sarah Jojy (Grade 11 ), Piya Nirab Dutiya (Grade 11), and Hafsa Najeem Shafi (Grade 12). Their dedication and perseverance earned them a well-deserved podium finish.
 
The Under-14 Girls' Badminton Team further strengthened the school's achievements by securing the Runner-up Position. The team consisting of Parinitha Kameswaren (Grade 8), Anishka Anil Kumar (Grade 8), Devna Pulinamparambil Anish (Grade 7), and Avani Yadav (Grade 9) exhibited remarkable grit and determination against strong competition.
