Shah Rukh Khan Unveils ‘Shahrukhz Danube’, World’s First Real Estate Project Named After Him
Dubai: Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan unveiled Shahrukhz Danube, the world’s first property named after him, at an event held in Mumbai, India. Developed by Dubai-based Danube Group, the upcoming 56-storey tower is positioned as a premium office space, with units starting from 450 sq. ft.
“It is humbling and deeply touching to have a landmark in Dubai carry my name and to be an integral part of the cityscape forever. Dubai has always been a special place for me- a city that celebrates dreams, ambition, and possibility. Shahrukhz by Danube - this Commercial tower is a symbol of how far belief and hard work can take you. I’m honoured to be associated with Danube Properties, a brand that mirrors the same spirit of aspiration and excellence,” Khan’s tweet read.
The project will feature high-end amenities including a swimming pool and a helipad. A statue of Shah Rukh Khan will be installed at the entrance, offering visitors a picture-perfect photo spot. The development is expected to be completed within the next three to four years.
