Eman Mojali Appointed as CEO of MADA Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers
Forbes-recognized leader to steer the company into a new era of growth and innovation
In a significant leadership move within Bahrain’s insurance sector, MADA Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers has announced the appointment of Mrs. Eman Mojali as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.
A trailblazer in the insurance industry, Mrs. Mojali brings with her nearly three decades of experience, having previously served as CEO of Bahrain National Insurance (BNI). Her reputation as a visionary leader earned her a coveted spot in Forbes Middle East’s “100 Most Powerful Businesswomen” list for 2025, where she ranked 99th—recognizing her remarkable influence on the region’s financial landscape and commitment to advancing women in leadership.
Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde in collaboration with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), Mrs. Mojali is also ACII certified in insurance. Beyond her executive roles, she serves as a board member across several Bahraini institutions, reflecting her extensive engagement with the Kingdom’s business community.
Speaking on her appointment, Mrs. Mojali said:
