The Ritz-Carlton names William Fily Director of Food and Beverage

The Ritz-Carlton has announced the appointment of William Fily as its new Food and Beverage Director.
In his role as Food and Beverage Director, William will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations.
William has worked with renowned celebrities including Alain Ducasse, one of the world’s most decorated chefs, Paul Bocuse, also known as the Pope of Gastronomy, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, an ingenious chef and restaurateur, and Andreas Mavrommatis, Michelin-starred chef.
He also brings a wealth of experience and innovation from various hotels and internationally acclaimed resorts including St. Regis Bora-Bora, Hawaii, and Hong Kong, Nihi Sumba in Indonesia, Carlisle Bay Resort in Antigua, Le Bristol Palace in Paris and most recently, the opulent Rosewood Le Guanahani in St. Barth.
