Solidarity Bahrain launches Apple Pay

Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, recently announced the launch of Apple Pay.

Apple pay is an online cashfree method of payment powered by Apple and is a safe and secured private way for customers to protect their transactions with the company.

The payment is possible without customers using their debit or credit cards or exchanging cash. Solidarity said it had integrated the Apple Pay service through its digital channels for customers having Apple devices, such as iPhone, Apple Watch, MacBook, and iPad.

Apple Pay secures every payment transaction with authenticated Face ID, device passcode, or Touch ID, as well as a One-Time-Password (OTP).

Mohammed Awachi, AGM – Corporate Support, Solidarity Bahrain, stated: “We are delighted to be the first insurance company to launch the Apple Pay service for our customers”. He added: “We are committed to offering robust solutions which fulfil our customer needs and matches their expectations and enables them to utilize the company’s digital channels with a high level of security.”
