TRA takes GCC’s Best Employer brand award
The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) was announced the winner of the GCC’s Best Employer Brand Award Category at the 8th Annual Asian Leadership Awards (ALA) in Dubai. Hosted since 2011, ALA distinguishes and honours leaders who have contributed and shaped the Asian economy and are visionaries behind outstanding businesses.
The Award was presented by Dr R.L. Bhatia – The Founder of World CSR Day and Project Director World HRD Congress. Commenting, TRA Director of Finance, IT and HR, Sh. Mohamed Bin Salman Al Khalifa said the award which we win ahead of high calibre organisations, are proof of TRA’s progress and success as an organisation.
The GCC’s Best Employer Brand Award recognises the authority’s efforts in using marketing communications effectively in attracting talent, retaining talent, developing talent and in the retention policy.
