INOVEST Announces Financial Results for the Second Quarter and First Half of 2026
INOVEST announced its financial results for the three months ended June 30th, 2026 (the second quarter), showing a consolidated net profit attributable to the parent shareholders of US$ 271 thousand in comparison to a net profit attributable to the parent shareholders of US$ 200 thousand for the same period of last year. Accordingly, the Basic Earnings Per Share for the second quarter of 2026 increased to US cent 0.09 as compared to a profit of US cent 0.07 per share for the same period in 2025. This is attributable to the improvement in the Group's operational and investment efficiency and re-focusing activities on core sectors. The net operating profit stood at US$ 461 thousand in the second quarter of this year in comparison to a net operating profit of US$ 45 thousand for the second quarter of 2025. The consolidated operating income increased by 40% to reach US$ 2.099 million in comparison to US$ 1.503 million; whilst the Group’s operating expenses increased by 12%, standing at US$ 1.638 million in the second quarter of 2026 in comparison to US$ 1.458 million for the same period of 2025.
INOVEST’s financial results for the first half of 2026 show a consolidated net profit attributable to parent shareholders of US$ 602 thousand, as compared to a consolidated net loss attributable to parent shareholders of US$ 1.064 million for the same period last year. The Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share of the parent company in the first six months of 2026 amounted to US cent 0.20 as compared to a Loss Per Share of US cent 0.35 in 2025. This improvement is attributable to the increase in income from real estate investments, and the re-focusing of activities on core sectors. The consolidated net operating income increased, reaching an amount of US$ 935 thousand in comparison to a loss of US$ 1.486 million for the same period of 2025 due to the reasons above. Furthermore, the consolidated operating income for the first six months of 2026 increased by 90% to reach US$ 4.092 million in comparison to US$ 2.155 million for the same period last year.
Regarding the Group’s key balance sheet indicators, the net equity attributable to parent shareholders stood at US$ 118.325 million, in comparison to US$ 117.500 million at the end of 2025. Within the same period, INOVEST reported a slight increase in consolidated total assets, which stood at US$ 215.218 million in comparison to US$ 215.002 million at the end of 2025. On the liquidity front, INOVEST's cash and bank balances stood at 4% of the total consolidated assets, in comparison to 5% last year. To that end, the cash and bank balances stood at US$ 9.120 million, in comparison to US$ 10.468 million at the end of the year, representing a 13% decrease as a result of normal working capital requirements.
